I would like to take this opportunity to recommend Ashmore Homes. As a former resident of Florida and licensed Interior Designer in that state I have had experience working with many custom builders over the past twenty-five years.

Our experience with Ashmore was positive before, during and after the construction of our lovely home. We had seen models of their work and checked out the quality. We had an overall plan of our own but wanted to make certain modifications. We found the staff very open to our ideas and easy to communicate with. The work schedule proceeded very timely and again communicate was very open and comfortable. All subcontractors were good and anxious to please. The house was completed on time and closing went as scheduled. We moved in when we needed to.

As an Interior Designer with a long history with construction companies. There are very few that I have seen remain friends with the contractor after the sale was completed and that is what we were looking for with our builder. We felt fortunate to have found Jan Parkkonen of Exit Upstate Realty and through her, Ashmore Homes. I have only the highest respect for both Jan and Juha Parkkonen / Ashmore Homes and recommend them highly to anyone considering building a new home. My Father had built a number of homes in Ohio during his younger years and was amazed at the quality of construction and attention to detail as exhibited by the Ashmore Home subcontractors.

As with any new car or home there will be (hopefully) minor, adjustments. We had just a couple and the Ashmore staff responded quickly and to our full satisfaction every time. As the months go by we love our home more, have other family members hoping to use Ashmore in the future and if the occasion were to arise would certainly contract Ashmore to build for us again.
